Life In Isolation: The Coronavirus... Stacy Mahaffey

Title (Dublin Core)

Life In Isolation: The Coronavirus... Stacy Mahaffey

Description (Dublin Core)

A virtual exhibition by the Evansville Museum of Art, History and Science
Quarantine exorcise tip for the day. Take advantage of the stairs you have in your home. When I was working outside of the home, I climbed 52 flights of stairs per day in the three-story school Where I worked. In an attempt to continue with this valuable exorcise, I hung an adjustable shower curtain rod with rings that I could move over to the right every time I completed a flight of stairs. Every 10th ring is red because that gives me a feeling of accomplishment. Got to do what you can with what you have! Stay active my friends.
