Robin Keagle 0:01 All right, Paul. My name is Robin Keagle, and I'm a graduate student intern with the COVID-19 archive at ASU. The date is February 21 2021, and the time is 6:03 Mountain Standard Time and I'm speaking with my husband, Paul Keagle. So Paul, I want to ask you a question about your pandemic experience but before I do, I'd like to ask for your consent to record this response for the COVID-19 archive. The COVID-19 archive is a digital archive at ASU, that is collecting pandemic experiences. Do I have your consent to record your response and add it to the archive with your name? Paul Keagle 0:44 Yes, Robin you have my consent. Robin Keagle 0:46 Thank you. First, can you tell me your name, age and where you live? Paul Keagle 0:51 My name is Paul Keagle. I'm 61 years old. I live in Anthem, Arizona. Robin Keagle 0:57 Thank you. Now I'd like to ask you a quick question about the pandemic. So we've experienced a lot of changes in 2020, and many have been negative and disruptive, but perhaps it's not all bad. What's one positive thing you've experienced during the pandemic? Paul Keagle 1:14 I'd say one positive thing is the ability to work, or go to school, from from home, that's allowed us as a family to spend more time together less time for me commuting, all the way to the center of Scottsdale. I've worked at home really since the COVID outbreak. And you've been able to, my wife, work from home at least part time and our daughters conducted her school via zoom half the time, so we just enjoy the extra time we get to spend together. Robin Keagle 1:55 Wonderful. Well thank you Paul for your time today. Paul Keagle 1:59 You're welcome Robin. Transcribed by https://otter.ai
