Fake Images
Title (Dublin Core)
Fake Images
Description (Dublin Core)
This Article shows how Mainstream news sources (for example CNN or FOX) can show its viewers misleading photos. During this Pandemic it is very important to get the full story of everything that goes on across the country involving Covid-19. This causes these images do more harm than good, when educating viewers on Covid-19. I feel it is important to stop the spread fake news, especially when a deadly virus is involved.
The artifact I chose is a Danish written Article. The article shows different pairs of photos taken at the same time. The Article educates its readers with how the media can deceive people using photos, by photo editing, using different angles and different types of camera lenses. This Article was written by Astrid Helmer Mørck. The Photos were taken by Philip Davali.
