Lawyers for Civil Rights filed a class-action lawsuit alleging life-threatening and inhumane conditions in detention centers. They cited guards with symptoms, a lack of sanitizer, disinfectant, toilet paper, and no social distancing as problems being ignored as ICE continued to detain people even while COVID was spreading like wildfire.
