My family is just in its beginning stages and with the onset of the covid-19 pandemic some of our firsts have been made a bit strange to experience. Whether it were my daughter's first haircut, her first ride in a go-cart, or getting our first doggy Lucille, we have had to make accommodations in order to protect ourselves and the people around us. In some of these instances it has been extremely difficult because we have no clue how someone is doing any longer. Gauging how someone is feeling in the midst of their first time trying something isn't very easy any longer, especially if it is extremely loud. Getting a veterinarian appointment isn't the easiest thing to do just as waiting for salons to reopen wasn't either. These experiences where you crave seeing the happiness on your loved one's face or faces has been robbed from some of us due to this pandemic.
