Fires Strike California

What sort of object is this: text story, photograph, video, audio interview, screenshot, drawing, meme, etc.?

This photo was taken during a walk in San Francisco around sunset. The orange and pink glow filled the sky and the aroma of smoke was everywhere.

Tell us a story; share your experience. Describe what the object or story you've uploaded says about the pandemic, and/or why what you've submitted is important to you.

This photo is symbolistic of the fires that we now must deal with in California. As people remain at home to work, energy usage is at an all time high. Thus, the potential for wildfires, lost lives, and damaged neighborhoods/homes is also probable. We are now seeing this disaster play out and hope for the best.

Use one-word hashtags (separated by commas) to describe your story. For example: Where did it originate? How does this object make you feel? How does this object relate to the pandemic?

#Covid19, #CAWildfires, #SanFrancisco

Who originally created this object? (If you created this object, such as photo, then put "self" here.)
