Healthline is not known for its political angle or social justice activism. And yet, the social movements throughout the year have become so entrenched in everyday Canadian life that Healthline deemed it popular enough to justify an article. The article outlines general COVID policies, like masks and social distancing, and how to apply those to protests. The artifact resonates because of this disconnect between Healthline’s usual purpose and the purpose of this year’s protests. It is just fascinating that such a mainstream apolitical magazine like Healthline would write such an article.
