Hello, Bonjour,
Today is April 23, 2020.
Containment in France began on March 17 at noon.
I am confined in the Parisian suburbs of Clichy in an apartment of 45 square meters. I'm lucky: my apartment is quite large and I have a balcony. But the days are so long despite telework.
I have not touched anyone for more than a month and I miss physical contact. Just a wrist or a hug.
But I remain positive: I have never cooked as much in my life. I read, I watch movies, I draw, I do some yoga, I call my loved ones ... To help the caregivers, I drew a portrait in pastel that I sold. And I donated the funds to an association. I also donated masks to the pharmacy. If I did not work, I would have liked to help the farmers for the picking in the fields.
I work in the digital sector and fortunately the business is doing well. But I fear the crisis to come. I am afraid that the economy will collapse and fail to recover for many years. Unemployment will explode ... Taxes too, no doubt.
I think this health and economic crisis will have a positive impact on the ecology, the digital transformation of companies and I hope: our hospital system. But who knows? The future will tell.
