Text (Omeka Classic)

Schools have turned online for the past month or so. Since I am a college student, I have a lot of work to get done within a certain amount of time. Time management is key, giving yourself time for yourself but also getting work done. It is hard trying to balance homework and a regular life. There are some days where I wake up and just do not want to do any schoolwork. It is even harder because I am at home and not at school.
I have been working on homework with friends sometimes. I have a friend who is in the same math class as I am, so it is easy for us to work on assignments together. Professors have done an excellent job of making the transition to online classes easy. All my professors have been reaching out to all their students, making sure everything is working smoothly for them. I have also formed a bond with them that I feel like is more human. On one of my class calls with my math class, we talked about our pets and we even showed them to one another. Now my dog is very well known in my statistics class!
At night, all my family can do is sit in front of the TV and just relax. We are all tired from working all day, so being able to watch something makes it easy to wind down from a hard day. We watch anything from gangster movies to classic Disney films. There are some nights where we just play board games and we have a really fun time.
