Text (Omeka Classic)

My mom was a force to be reckoned with. 2 weeks ago she was admitted to the hospital and passed on Saturday. As a daughter of a mother with a mental illness, I often wondered how to care. Am I mad at her ? Should I visit more often? She was strong and emotionally vacant for sure, but she was my mother. Now, covid has ended our relationship for good. I feel relieved yet sad. Love your family for as long as you can, even if there are challenges to your relationships. Please read the memorial. Thank you for listening and stay safe! https://everloved.com/life-of/nancy-yanofsky/donate/
