During this pandemic, the food industry has had to drastically modify its usual operation to stay in business but also ensure they are practicing proper social distancing.

Chef Grant Achatz's exclusive molecular gastronomy restaurant Alinea thrives on the in-person dining experience. Rather than closing up shop, he's sharing a little taste of what Alinea is all about by creating to-go meals. Photograph was taken in my mom's kitchen in the suburbs of Chicago
