She also talks about how her interactions with her religious community have changed to fit COVID-19 guidelines and what community service activities they have engaged in to help those impacted by the pandemic.

How has COVID-19 affected your faith or beliefs?

I feel that as a Christian, myself and the community just all together, has really leaned more towards the Lord and our faith during these uncertain times because we know that there is a greater purpose and there's just no plan greater than his. And it honestly just makes me thankful to have this relationship with Christ because it brings my family and myself more comfort.

Okay, I see. Thank you. So, question number two: is your religious community still gathering currently? How has COVID-19 affected your participation in your religious community?

So as of right now, we're still able to watch live streaming of all the sermons online and through all social media platforms. So as far as Bible study groups go, and life groups and our small groups and things like that, we can still get together and meet on Zoom. So that's awesome.

That's nice. That's convenient. Okay, So question number three: is your religious community supplying or engaged in any kind of community service in an attempt to help alleviate issues caused by the pandemic? If so, what are those efforts?

Yeah, definitely. I feel like the community, our church community, has really come together. And we recently teamed up with a local food bank to help those in need. And I know that people have provided essential items like toilet paper and non-perishable foods. And I also know that a lot of people have been making masks at home and donating them to families in need.
