Title (Dublin Core)
Tattoo Parlor Notice
Description (Dublin Core)

One of local tattoo parlors in the City of Orange posted a reminder to prospective clients about the general cleanliness of tattoo parlors, as well as the extra steps being taken to ensure safety.
