Description (Dublin Core)

Everyone in Chicago LOVES to go all out with the halloween decorations, but this year it was a little different. Along with the classic ghosts in the window and giant cob webs, there were giant contraptions that were built to pass out candy to those who trick-or-treated, in a social distanced manner. This is a picture of someone in Chicago who built a large funnel from their second floor window down to the fence to pass out candy to kids at an appropriate distance.
