I interviewed my friend [TP], a pharmacist at Yale New Haven Hospital. I thought it would be interesting to hear from the perspective of someone who deals with medicine, especially in a hospital where it is a high risk work setting. Fortunately for [TP], she is pretty isolated at work in the sense that she is placed in her own office, farther away from potentially infectious areas. Her mental health has mainly been affected in which like everyone else these days, she has to think twice about doing pretty much anything that requires leaving the house or letting others into her home for something small like just having a few people over for dinner. Not only that but also for a necessity like going to the grocery store and never knowing if the person in line behind her has been exposed to the virus even when masked.
