Getting to free food pick up has been difficult, but I am so thankful. I have to use Ubers because public transportation is even more difficult. As I am riding in my Uber I draw my city. This has been adding to how I sketch and create while moving so I can capture the purest essence of my people and my city.
The Pandemic has turned everythinig upside down. Along with homeschooling, being furloughed and making sure I get to the r=free food pick up locations on time I have been recovering from major foot surgery. I have to ride Ubers to get around and these are drawings I did while in the car. I love to capture the personality of my city. The landscape has definitely changed since the beginning of the Pandemic and uprisings. As they should.
