Description (Dublin Core)

After the Covid-19 took over the whole world, it brought all into lockdown. We have been in lockdown for almost a year now. Many would have and still think of this time as having no freedom and ability to do as they please. As I do wish for things to return back to a time of normality, I took this opportunity given to us as a chance to work on myself. Some context, I was not my best before this. I didn't know who I was, who I was becoming, and quite frankly, I didn't like who that person was. At the time, I didn't even realize I was loosing myself until we were forced to stay at home. Upon the endless hours of no social interaction, only myself and my thoughts to keep me company, I realized that I did indeed lost myself. Right then and there, I knew I wanted to change for me; so that I could be a better version of myself, and also to just be happy. That then brings me into the picture above. I decided to start journaling. Everything goes into that journal; my hopes, dreams, fears, desires, goals, etc. My notebook is practically a reflection and journey of me finding myself again. For that, although covid has practically ruined so many things, I am appreciative of the time I got to have so that I could heal.
