your subcontracts are rated orders under the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS), which is used to prioritize national defense-related programs and contracts to support critical military, energy, homeland security, emergency response, and infrastructure requirements. As such, you are essential personnel involved in the manufacture of vital national defense articles.
