Statistics and Final Thoughts
According to the crooked New York Times, there are 3.19 million cases of coronavirus in the United States. To add to that stat, the United States has 37,203 deaths from covid. With this data, about 1.2% of people who got corona in the United States died. Globally there are around 99.4 million cases and 54.9M of the people recovered from it. 2.13 million people died around the world from covid. My final thoughts about covid are that we should continue life as normal, we have never done these ridiculous protocols and suppressive acts for cold and flu season so why should we do it with a virus that is not as deadly as the flu. Covid has become more than a virus, why would people start riots and destroy people's personal property in the name of social justice? People cannot be told to shut down life and stop what they have been doing for thousands of years. Maybe if the government didn't lock down people there wouldn't be as many riots and evil things done. Covid has become more psychological than a physical virus. -

Rules and Procedures for Covid.
There are too many rules and procedures for a simple virus that %99.97 of people under 25 recovers from. 1. We have to wear a piece of paper or cloth over our face. 2. We must stay 6 feet from every person that comes near us. 3. If your nose is showing you must move face-covering approximately one inch up your face. 4. If you do not have a piece of cloth or paper on your face you are not allowed to go inside any place or else you will be asked to leave. 5. You cannot be around people that are not part of your family. There are lots more than our stupid state wants us to do that I don't have time to name. It feels like people in government have lost all common sense and don't have an IQ higher than Forest Gump. None of this make sense, today I was outside and not around anyone so I thought with the smart part of my brain and took my mask off but that too is illegal. I can't wait until the people find their common sense and just basic knowledge. These rules makes us look like a communist country and they are the worst. -

Virtual Learning
During these past 9 months, I've had more time than I would usually have. Virtual learning was boring and I couldn't focus as well as I would in a class. I would zoom from a desk in my dining room with the cold feeling of the hard tile under my feet. My dogs would sometimes jump up on my chair or sit at my feet, they are no lapdogs they are three large chocolate labs that would sit with me. Sometimes if I got tired of the usual setting I would head outside and sit under the bougainvillea tree with the smell the lavender under my nose. Besides school I would travel, we went to Arizona for a baseball tournament which was rather enjoyable, I love baseball with the sun beating down on your neck and the feel of dirt in your shoes after a play at second, it was like heaven. During the summer I went on a trip to Texas but that doesn't have anything to do with virtual learning. Virtual learning was a challenge but I am glad that we are back to school in person. -

The Origin Of Covid
The origin of coronavirus came from Wuhan, China. It started in a laboratory in China. Many people believe that coronavirus came from a bat but that's not true, I mean there are a couple of types of coronavirus that come from bats but the one we are dealing with was traced back to a lab in Wuhan, China. We were first told that it came from a bat, so we all followed it because we had no idea what we were dealing with. We believed anything major news would tell us, just blindly. It wasn't until I found out the truth that I truly know where this little cold came from. We should not blindly trust people until we can find the truth. Also, it came from China, we can't trust China so why would we listen to what they tell us about a virus that came from their land. Covid-19 came from a lab in Wuhan, China. -

Christmas in 2020
In the Christmas of 2020, there was a flu-like virus going around called coronavirus. For many people, it shut down their Christmases and they had to alter their plans, maybe they couldn't see a loved one or couldn't see their close friends. The McEnroes (my family and I) didn't let this virus stop them from celebrating the birth of Christ with loved ones. We sat down on the cold tile on Christmas Eve and listened as my older sister Kylie at the age of 20 was reading the famous poem, "The Night Before Christmas". When the morning finally came on Christmas day there was the same anticipation and magic in the air as there always was on December 25. We could see my grandma and parents shuffle their feet as we waited not-so-patiently at the top of the stairs. "Come on down!' said Mother, we got up and stampeded down the hard stairs with smiles bigger than our pile of presents.
