  Covid-19 is a highly contagious disease. In just California alone there has been 3.34m reported cases and 41,344 deaths. Worldwide there has been millions of deaths. The most recent spike in covid-19 was from November 20th to January 15th.

  Through coronavirus many more laws have been applied. You now have to wear masks whereever you go. Another rule is that certain businesses cannot be open to limit contact. There is new rules at school like which way you can walk so you encounter less people.

  My friend had gotten cover and became very ill. He said he had high fever and was coughing a lot. He said it was the sickest he has ever been and was even taken to the hospital. Thankfully he ended up being ok.

  I personally enjoyed virtual learning because I got to be at home. Virtual learning has lots of pros and cons. The pros being that you get to be at home and be more comfortable. But the cons being its more difficult to focus and you don't get to see your friends

  Origin of the Virus

  I originally heard that the virus originated in China. I had hear that it came from people selling/buying bats as consumables on the Chinese market. Im not sure that the bat thing is true but I am sure it originated in China. I am honestly not sure about the origin of the Coronavirus.

  My 2020 Thanksgiving

  This year has been really crazy and hectic for everyone. With Covid-19 going on, the holidays sadly have to be downscaled. So this year I had Thanksgiving with just my household. For dinner we had chicken instead of turkey because of late planning hoping for a change to be with our entire family. I spent most of Thanksgiving alone in my room just playing video games by myself because I was sad that my younger cousins and the rest of family. Overall we still had a great Thanksgiving and had a delicious feast.
