Staying Positive During A Pandemic
I remember when quarantine first started, I was miserable. I hated the idea of being stuck in the house. But I used quarantine as a time for me to stay positive and work on becoming a better me. With staying positive I had a better mindset throughout the day and found ways to keep me motivated. I was upset at first with a bunch of my activities being cancelled but I did find positive alternatives. With this it has definitely lifted my spirits and made me have more of a positive outlook on the cancellation of certain things and on life moving forward. -

Thrive Not Just Survive - A series
In March 2020 when we in Australia were first told to head into lockdown stage 3, I realised that my community although initially bought together in our mutual interest in renovation and property investing were also now all in this time together and I could use my networks and platform to assist us all during this time. So instead of selling courses I concentrated on bringing together experts to assist my community. I also incentivised people in joining my community by encouraging them to donate to Kids Help Line (who needed resources desperately as they only could answer 40% of the 9000 calls they were getting a week) by giving them for free access to my Your Property Success Club (normally $695pa). I raised $10,000 in 14 days for KHL and helped my community through the initial confusion and stress of the shutdown. I have received so many messages about how these trainings helped and served and I am so grateful for the support of my friends, family and network who quickly responded and gave their time so I could interview them over the 3 week period that these 15 episodes were recorded. -

CDC and Protests
With the eruption of protests after the death of George Floyd, coronavirus did not take a break. It is still a primary health concern, but has taken a backseat to racism and systemic oppression that is afflicting the U.S. In this article, the CDC is urging social gatherings that are for protests to follow a certain set of guidelines. The twitter user points out the hypocrisy present in both the lack of discussion on the President's proposed politcal gatherings, as well as the lack of recommendations when individuals were protesting to reopen the country -

Stay at home and stay fun
I love studying at a coffee shop. Because of the pandemic, I cannot do it anymore. I am trying to make myself feel at the coffee shop, so I make an avocado toast and coffee for myself. It makes my life fun even though at a special time. I believe we can always find a way to make ourselves happy, and what we need to have is just a good mindset! I hope everyone takes advantage of this time to improve ourselves!
