  Rules I had to follow

  Rules that I have had to follow were at school where we had to wear a mask also social distance and only able to walk in a certain direction also when you are sick you have to stay home and wash your hands. My feelings about it all are good I just don't like wearing a mask all day. I also feel like it's a little hard to not give your friends a hug or anybody a high five I feel like that's really the hardest part about this.

  A handwritten note on my desk at work

  This is a hand-written sticky note I wrote to myself on my first day back in the office in mid June 2020. It was to remind me, though everything “seems” or “looks” normal, that it was indeed not normal. I figured the best way to make sure I was reminded to do things like wear my mask outside my office and wash my hands often was to put a note where I could see it right above my computer screen. It had been helpful to remind me of the working world I am in and what I need to do to try my best to stay healthy.

  I posted the original of this poster a few weeks ago, and I was happy to see that it has been modified with "BLM - Spectemur agendo," the second part of which seems to be Latin meaning, "Let us be judged by our acts."

  This photograph of this cross stitch sums up the stigamized racism provoked by COVID-19. The outbreak has already happened and if it could have it been prevented or not, it is pointless at this point to put blame on anyone. We just have to keep moving forward.

  This website allows users to pair the National Health Service (NHS), cleanyourhands® campaign posters with their favorite song lyrics. Users choose a song and generate a poster for the website. The format became a popular meme format. As it became more popular, the meme went beyond song lyrics to include Shakespeare, famous movie dialogue, etc. #HIST5241
