  During the quarantine I have released some of my manic energy by practicing softball tricks. A young neighbor kept a distance while she pitched to me as I rode bike with helmet on - Safety First.

  During the quarantine, used some manic energy to make a brief mask-woods-dance dedication to Juice WRLD, a young, incredibly talented rapper from Chicago lost to substance abuse in Jan 2020.

  Teddy Jumps Over Stream at Deserted Golf Course

  During the quarantine, open spaces are at a premium. I found this golf course in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston that was closed and nearly empty. I brought my dog there and she leapt over a stream on an uninhabited hole.

  During the pandemic, I have been manic and have had to keep busy to fight boredom and despair. So I have spent a lot of time practicing softball by myself.

  During the Covid-19 pandemic, the quarantine has left me feeling manic. To ward off boredom and melancholy, I take my mask, music and moves into the woods for some solo dancing.

  Covid 19 Happy Birthday Dance in a Cemetery

  Filmed a birthday dance in a cemetery for a friend and her son. Cemeteries are often a good place to get peace and quiet to settle my manic mind during the pandemic, and obviously presents an opportunity for dark humor.

  Manic Solo Baseball Practice during COVID-19

  Living in a house with a wife, 2 teenage daughters, and a dog, I have had manic energy that finds me outside for several hours a day, regardless of weather. I have released part of that energy by practicing and videoing softball skills (and 'dance' moves, in another submission [Squat Deeper]).
