  Tested Positive

  In my close circle I haven't had anyone that has been tested positive for Covid-19. In the big circle, there have been a few though. All of them were school related. Some student in school were sent home for a week because one of their students got sick, and one of the teachers in my grade also got sick, but since I was indirectly related I didn't get affected. Most of the times where someone remotely close to me got Covid, I wasn't effected in any way.

  Covid Procedures

  To start, I understand that these procedures were made to try to keep people as safe as possible, but some of them just don't make sense to me. As of now we can go out of the house, we can not go to restaurants, but we can go to stores, and essential businesses. My problem is that we can go into grocery stores and stay around 3 feet apart, and not go to restaurants, the legal way. Then if you go three major cities away to Las Vegas, the rules are completely different, it is almost normal, just with masks. The problem is that people should be staying home as much as possible, but with the policing not being good enough, people are getting away with still going to parties, restaurants, and other people's houses. I also think that people are just trying to get into spotlights, everyone is trying to get to the top page of the news, it sucks. Anyway, today is inauguration for Biden, so we will see what will happen, thank you for reading my archive.

  What do I think is the cause of the Corona Virus?

  Pretty much in this time we know that Covid was started in China. At this time Global tensions are pretty high with the Trump and Biden Administration and voting in America. With the tensions so high you could argue with the Chinese making a deadly virus and sending it to us, I don' believe that as if they did it would most likely be more deadly. I think that they had a problem with some agricultural farming and made a virus that infected a lot of people, them trying to hide it only escalated it into building up into infecting the entire world. Just the amount of things going between china and the world just escalated the cases. These are all just theories, the CDC hasn't created a cause for Covid yet, but I think it will happen sooner than later. Those are my thoughts today about how it was created, but tomorrow might bring new information, we will see.

  How was Christmas Affected.

  I write this story on my Birthday, Jan 7, but I will talk about my Christmas December 25 and how it was. My Christmas was very much the same, I woke up, and opened my presents, I got a new Series 2 Elite Controller from Xbox and a rgb lamp. I then had a yummy breakfast of Pancakes where I then gave some other presents to my family. I then packed and we were off to Joshua Tree for a few days, as that was a vacation we went on, the vacation was very different with covid but that is not my prompt. Christmas Eve was the same as yesteryears, we relaxed in the house and went to bed early for the next day. During this time of year we usually never had any body over and never went anywhere, so it didn't change very much. That was my very basic and boring Christmas.

  What is Covid?

  January 2020 is when I first got knowledge of some pandemic in the world. My school at the time didn't give a Honors Science class for 7th grade so I was stuck with people who messed around a lot. They would always talk about themselves passing on what they called Covid. It wasn't though until 3-5 weeks later when my entire district was pulled out of school because of Covid, they thought it would only last a few weeks, but me and my friends already knew it would last much longer. 2 weeks went by of no knowledge at all being given for me to learn and being bored with my entire family in the house. We are very fortunate so far, as my parents worked at companies that were benefiting from Covid. My Dad's company benefited from more people using Wi-Fi and my Mom because she worked at a Drug Company where she right now is releasing a treatment for Lung Cancer. Eventually School went into remote learning, we almost learned nothing as the entire system was wack. We always talked about how when the election came, it would get better, it did, for a week. When it came to Summer my parents made the smart and expensive decision to move me and my brother to a private school, after getting into it we started finally relaxing as some loose end were getting tied, we also got a puppy mini labradoodle the is black, we call him Leo and he is our 'Covid baby'. With Covid regulations changing all the time we had to not only learn new rules, but even sometimes had to get certain masks and coverings. Like when you pick up food, or when you dine out, it was all changed, and will still change. Everyone I meet believes that we (U.S. government) could have done better, I agree, but the past is the past and we just have to live with those decisions. Finally we might go back to school again in January after Winter Break, I hope we do. That is how so far my life had went with a Virus that encroached us from all possible angles.
