At the beginning of the virus teams continued to play but without fans in the stadium. Now sporting events have either been cancelled or postponed including professional teams such as the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Major League Baseball (MLB). College sports have also been cancelled such as the Big East Tournament and March Madness for college basketball. -
