How covid affected me
I was driving back from Mammoth when my mom got the email that someone in my church that we see every week got covid. I immediately got worried because I was spending time with them at church. After we got that email, we realized that we had to be more aware of how close the virus was to home. We all got tests the next day and panicked until we got the results that we were all negative. This experience was very stressful and I do not think I want to relive that feeling. -

The Symptoms
I didn't know of many Symptoms of Covid in the beginning. Of Course, no one did! But, my dad and I both came down sick badly after coming back from Mammoth. I had a horrible headache, Fever, Stomachache, and trouble breathing. I think I had Covid 19, but I didn't infect anyone because of the government's rules to stay home! I then further learned that Covid symptoms are Loss of taste, smell, runny nose, fever, cough, headache, stomachache, and trouble breathing. -

Covid has ruined many trips for many different people
Christmas was really differentiations for me this year because usually my family and I would be in Mammoth. Mammoth is a great skiing mountain. I am a skier and a snowboarder I love to do both because they are both so much fun. I am very skilled in both. I am a black diamond in both so that means I can do any trail there is, like runs in the trees, icee runs, and rocks. This year I just stayed inside because we were not allowed out of the house. being stuck in a closed place for over a year really is not good for your health.
