  The statistics of Covid 19 are rather astonishing. Over 3.12 million people across the world have died of the virus. Roughly 10% of the world has had Covid 19 at one time. It is crazy to me that that many people have been affected by it. I don't know anyone that has been affected by it. I don't know how. Everyone I knows life changed through Covid whether it was being trapped at home for months on end, or maybe not being able to go to school, or losing a job. I have gone through some of these personally, but overall nothing bad has happened to me.

  Over the pandemic, I've learned a lot of things about people and the world. The pandemic was a lonely time, but I think it's made me realize that you can't give up just because things get hard. I've heard a lot of teens and people my age became depressed instantaneously. Especially on social media, everyday people were only talking about how bad things have gotten instead of trying to keep their spirits up. 26.2 million people have gotten the virus, and 440K people have died, but all of us had to find a way to be happy. In our city(LA) especially, we have higher covid cases than any other place in the county. Even though things are hard now there still are a lot of exciting things to think about.

  Covid 19 Final Entry - Statistics

  Covid-19 has around 20-2,000+ victims a day losing their lives. Around 2,000-10,000+ people are being diagnosed a day. This whole corona virus is a total pain because of all the lives that we have lost as well as everything that has been shut down and re-opened and shut down again. Everyone's lives have changed and their still is no vaccine thoroughly thought through and produced yet. Hopefully everything will be over soon.

  Statistics and Final Thoughts of Covid

  World Wide there has been 102 million cases of covid. In January 2020 there was about 282 cases. Around May 28 there was about 100,000 new cases worldwide and then around July 20 there was around 300,000 new cases world wide. December 31 there were 700,000 new cases and this month there was over 2 million cases. This virus affected me in that I couldn't see my grandma and I couldn't see my friends. I also couldn't go to school so we have online school and I do not like it at all.

  There are 2.16M people who. Died from covid world wide out of 100M cases. Almost everyone knows someone who got it. They got a vaccine now which is good to stop covid. In my state alone there are 38,927 deaths. I hope that the end of covid is near although covid is spiking right now but they say it is just because of the holidays. And it is slowly going down.   rules and procedures

  Back when covid started in spring we really didn’t need to do anything but when it entered the US people started saying that wearing a mask will slow the spread but others said it didn’t work. Then they proved it worked and then everyone needed to wear them they also said staying 6 feet will protect you. Then the closed schools and some work. As covid climed they said large gatherings had to stop and told people to stay at home. They closed restreants for a while and then made it pick up only. The only rules that effected me was the stay at home orders because I couldn’t see my friends although I just quarinteaned in my naborhood and hung with everyone there. The mask effected me only when I left my naborhood. It was very wired with all these rules but it slowed the spread.

  remote learning

  Learning virtual was ok. There were good things about it and bad things. a good thing was I didn’t need to drive to school which gave me an extra 25min. also after school a didn’t need to drive home so I could just run out and surf with the kids in my naborhood. A problem withit though it after stairing at the screen all day my head always felt bad. A normal day of online school was I wake up at 7:00 unlike when I used to wake up at 6:00. I didn’t need to pack up my stuff for online school I could get ready faster. Then I would have a bowl of cearea. And then take a shower and hop on zome on zoom I sometimes had a little more food while in class. After class I didn’t usally have home work which was good because I didn’t need to be on the computer any longer. I am glad we are back at school

  Friends and Family Dealing with Covid

  Many of my friends contracted the virus and were perfectly fine, no symptoms or even pains. My siblings got it and even I got it. We felt sick for a tiny bit but it eventually wore off. We had to quarantine in our rooms for a week or so but nothing too extreme.

  Covid Rules

  During Covid-19 we had many rules and regulations. We couldn't go out to eat or shop anywhere! Nobody was allowed to stay open which affected their businesses. Places slowly adapted and stated opening up outside. To go anywhere it was mandatory to wear a mask at all times unless eating or drinking at a table. We were forced to stay home and school was online. Now school is open and we're wearing masks. The rules seems pretty dramatic since the virus isn't as bad as they say it is. Elderly people are affected by it the most since they usually have pre-existing diseases or just problems.

  The Symptoms

  The symptoms of Covid 19 varied wildly from person to person. Some people's symptoms were so bad that they had to be put on a breathing machine or were fatal, while others had no symptoms or had a mild fever or cough. The virus attacks the lungs and respiratory system. People died because the virus made it so they couldn't breath. To most people, the virus isn't such a huge danger, but for a small number of people such as the elderly or people with underlying health conditions, it can be very deadly.

  My Thoughts on The Virus

  I have read many statistics and learned much about this virus and I have come to a conclusion that it is dangerous and what doctors have been saying since the start is totally correct, I heard that it won't stop until almost everyone on earth has gotten it, and that is slowly becoming a reality, but i also heard that the mortality rate will remain at 1% no matter what which has also shown to be true. The one thing that bothers me though is that scientists said it could last up to 2 years, which is starting to sound realistic and not extremely exaggerated. My final thoughts in this virus are that we should all do our best to stay safe and listen to doctors.

  The numbers of Covid-19 really have no affect on me or most of my family. The lies of these numbers is tremendous, people reporting deaths without considering any other influences that have been previously harming or at least not helping the patient. I would pay for an accurate death poll of people who had died from just Covid-19 and only Covid. Then would we know the real 'numbers.' I am blessed however to say that I am aware of no close family member or friend that has had Covid, and that is something I will continue to thank God for. I still can't believe the fear pressed upon by the media and how stupidly successful it has been. People acting as if the Black Plague is running about and how the worst is always yet to come. For the better part of us, Covid has truthfully helped me get a step ahead of life. To get extra training in, doing things others weren't willing to do, it's given me a step ahead of a good amount of my peers. This virus will make of you what you make of it.   Currently there are about 25,152,433 confirmed cases of Covid-19. And sadly 419,827 have died due to Covid-19. In California alone there are 3,136,158 cases with 7,937 cases per 100 thousand. There are also a couple new strains of Covid-19 that either spread faster or are more serious. Luckily, there are a few vaccines that are being distributed now. Covid-19 has caused a lot of trouble to many people, and lifestyles have and will change due to Covid-19.

  The Costs of Covid

  This global pandemic hit my mom and my brother. My mom actually did not know that she had Covid. The only reason that she found out was because she went in to get her blood drawn and had the Covid antibodies. When she found that out she tried to go back and trace when she could've had it. With some deep thinking she pinpointed a certain week, in early August. That week she was having a sore throat and her nose was running. They weren't severe symptoms, so she never went to get a test. She just rested and it passed. My 25 year old brother on the other hand had a lot more symptoms than her. So he went in to get tested and came back with a positive test. He experienced chills, loss of taste and smell, coughing, congestion, and headaches. He recovered from those symptoms with lots of rest and fluids, and now is back to his normal self. I’m very thankful that my loved ones have gotten through Covid, and are now back to full health.

  The Rules of Covid

  During Covid there are harsh rules that have been set in place. Some of those include staying home, social distancing when you are out in public, shutting down stores, wearing masks, not congregating with friends, and the list continues on and on. I think that these rules are all important, but in some cases don’t need to be followed. For example, small businesses aren’t allowed to be open due to strict closing guidelines. This means that a lot of stores are going out of business, and are losing money, which does not help our economy. I also think that when you are outside, in a large space, you should not have to wear a mask. If you are 6 feet away from others, then you should not be required to wear a facial covering. All in all, these rules have kept a lot of people safe, but I think that if you have the knowledge to make your own decisions regarding these topics, that you should do that and follow your own personal rules, that keep YOU safe.

  Statistics of Covid-19

  Worldwide there is 100M cases and about 25% of those cases are from the US. Of the 25.4M cases in the US 3.2M are from California and about 66,000 of those cases comes from Ventura County. In the world right now there are about 2.15M deaths. In the US there are 423K deaths. In California there are 37,500 deaths, and in Ventura County there are about 500. I have been affected by these statistics because my cousin got the virus a couple of months ago and he was pretty sick. He and his entire school had to quarantine for two weeks and someone had to go to the hospital because the school forgot to feed them for two weeks. My final thoughts on Covid-19 are that the virus has changed are daily live for probably forever. It is a terrible virus and I cannot wait for it to finally be gone.

  COVID

  Luckily i have not been affected as much from COVID such as deaths. The only really bad thing that has happened to me was my uncle getting Corona and that was it. He only had mild symptoms for a couple of days and that was it. Now he's immune from COVID for a couple more months and then he has to start distancing again. Living through this pandemic really sucked though. I couldn't see any friends, I couldn't really go outside and everyone was panicking about the toilet paper and started buying toilet paper in bulk. It caused anxiety in many people and doing school online was just about the longest worst thing I've ever had to go through. Other than online school and staying inside, it was fine. I mean I got to play video games, sleep, and I did some workouts at home to figure out my record for Olympic type weights. Covid really affected my life and more so bad than good though.

  Final Thoughts and Statistics of COVID

  Corona Virus statistics show that up until we had the vaccine the number of people who had it increased day to day and once the vaccine was released the amount of people affected has gone down. I have not personally been affected by corona virus except by having a couple friends and a teacher who had it. I was near those people and had to stay home for ten days due to the exposure. Some things I have enjoyed in this Covid season are being able to have tons of free time to do whatever I want, such as redecorating my bedroom and invest and watch the stocks from day to day, but also having too much free time is not fun when you have nothing to do. I have also experienced having to stay overly clean washing my hands every twenty minutes and wearing a mask out in public which are definitely things that I have not enjoyed. This has been a very eventful year with Corona Virus.

  COVID Satistics

  COVID 19 has been horrible for all of us. Many people have been lost and many families have been affected. According to Statista since January 25, 2021, over 25.1 million people have been affected by the coronavirus across the United States. California, New York, Florida, and Houston are the states that are reporting the highest numbers. Since January 25, California has the leading number of cases at 3,168,528, then Texas with 2,250,421, right behind is Florida with 1,649,449, and lastly New York with 1,335,695. In total, these four states add up to 8,404,093 cases out of 25 million. After a year of experiencing this horrific disease, I am very happy that there is finally a vaccine. My uncle works in the emergency department of a hospital so he could be getting exposed to people with COVID daily. Since there is now a vaccine I am not as worried when he leaves to work. Because he is a health official he has already gotten the vaccine and luckily had no side effects. A couple of weeks later my grandma got the vaccine because she is high risk and fortunately she is not experiencing any side effects either. Now that everything is calming down and COVID is becoming a new norm like the Flu, I have learned many things throughout this pandemic. Although the pandemic was horrible for everyone including my family, it helped give me a wake-up call. I realized that every day is not guaranteed. You can do everything right but still, end up hurt or even worse dead. Throughout this pandemic, I have made a promise to myself that I will work harder for the things I want, spend more time with my family, and cherish the moments I am given.

  Statistics about Covid

  The internet says there was been 99.9 million cases and 2.15 million deaths globally. But in the US the was been 25.3M cases and 421K deaths. I personally don't trust the Covid death count completely because there has been a lot of rumors that they are counting people who die from heart attacks and things like that to the count of the Covid death count. I am not sure why, but I have heard that the more covid deaths counted the more money the doctors get. My life through the pandemic was weird. I got a lot of time on my hands to workout and train for football and bulk up, but on there other hand school is so much harder for me. Everybody else loves because they can cheat, but my mom would kill me ( if I got caught ).

  The coronavirus was spreading quickly. with the usage of masks and hand sanitizer, it looked like nothing had worked. When we first had to lock down in late March, there were about 16 people with the coronavirus weekly. About 2 weeks ago it skyrocketed to 260,000 weekly cases. That is over a 200% increase in cases! Out of all those cases, I only knew personally a couple of people that had the virus. It seems to have gotten a little better but once we say that we know that it can go downhill again. I don't believe I have gotten the virus personally in any way and my parents are very good at keeping me and my siblings safe. The experiences throughout the pandemic have been very rough but we can always take the good out from a bad situation.

  It is January 2021 and Covid 19 has now infected almost 100 million people around the world. Although I have not experienced Covid first hand it still effects everyones day to day life, simple things like going to the grocery store or even school put us at risk. Covid 19 was difficult for everybody and my biggest struggle was making sure to keep in touch. I found it was easy with all the time at home to just hide in your bubble. Do online school, finish homework, go outside, watch some television and repeat. It started out like this but as time went on I realized the importance of getting out of routines and trying new things which significantly made my quarantine better. I facetimed friends, did zoom call secret Santa gift exchanges, walked the dogs, reached out to family. Although it was rough, This whole experience truly made me appreciate the small things and learn that going through times like these are really when everyone needs to come together and support one another.

  The statistics are pretty complicated but ill explain. The most popular state that has Covid is California (The state I live in) with a whopping 3 million+ cases. The amount of cases per day in California is about 30,000 a day which is actually really sad because we have to do so much stuff to keep us safe more than other states.   Last Thoughts of Covid

  This is what I think is my final entry for the archives. I'll be going into further information about statistics and my personal final thoughts. At the beginning of Covid, I really kept up with what was going, but now I'm more or less just not paying attention. I rely on my mom to give me information which is not the best because frankly I just don't trust the news sites my mom gets her information on. I take her info with a grain of salt. LA county just keeps getting worse and worse every day. On 1/26/2021 we have 3.21 million cases and 37,499 deaths. This isn't even all of California, its just one county. Looking at the chart cases have been more down from December. During December it just spiked way up. I wonder if we'll be even able to go on our 8th-grade east coast trip or go back for freshman year. It seems like this will never end and honestly, I've just kinda gotten used to it. Masks are a pain but they can also be helpful sometimes for other things than keeping you and others safe. These are my final thoughts, not a lot, I've just learned to accept it.

  The Numbers

  How much freedom we had throughout the pandemic depended solely on the statistics and numbers. If the number of COVID-19 cases was on a upward trend, then we had to stay at home and couldn't go places or eat at restaurants. If the numbers were on a downward trend, then things would open up until the cases started increasing. This has occurred throughout the pandemic. My final thoughts are that I can't wait for a time when we have no restrictions on the places we can go and when we can stop wearing out pesky masks.

  Covid has infected more than 3 million U.S citizens. Almost 38 thousand people have died from this virus. L.A county has more than 1 million people Infected. This caused everything to close down.   I haven’t personally been affected that much by COVID-19. My brother had it in January, before everyone knew what it was, but other than that no one in my family has had it. The way it has affected me the most is with school and sports being canceled. I wasn’t able to see my friends very often and I couldn’t get as much activity. Even with all the bad things that happened because of COVID, there was still some good things. Many people learned new things or got a new hobby. For me it was skateboarding. The COVID quarantine is definitely not fun but there is some good that has come out of it.

  Covid Affects

  At the start of Covid, I wasn't worried about the numbers. But after a few weeks, I saw the death toll and how this will result in a lockdown. My area which is in Ventura County didn't mind this virus and we all just carried on. But a huge outbreak started. We were not allowed to go to the beach and other places. This affected me a lot because I was already staying home for school, but when I wasn't allowed to go anywhere else, it really hit me hard. The outbreak died down but it was still pretty bad. I was worried about my grandparents. To me, Covid was a key that is locking me into a room that I can't leave. Living through this pandemic made me think about all the things I took for granted.

  Living in California during the pandemic was a struggle. With how big the population is and the governor, the entire thing was a mess. First off corona itself took over California with how greatly populated the state was but, our current governor used statistics in a way to shut the state down not in the right way and could not prove what science he was using to shut the state down so, he has to open up the state again since he could not prove any of his statistics.

  Thoughts on COVID

  As we reach the 10th month of the pandemic, it's important to know where we are at. The statsics of COVID right now, for the USA, are a total of 25.3 million cases and 421 thousand deaths. It might not seem like much compared to the population, but it sure is. I haven't had any close friends or family that have contracted COVID, but it seems that the effect it has is different for everyone. My final thoughts on COVID has both made us learn many things and at the same time, it has it's bad things. We've learned and had a bunch of experiences thoughout these 10 months, and I soon hope that this all would be over. Whenever I think about all the precautions and stuff we do during COVID sometimes makes me laugh. Not that any of this is funny, but we aren't used to this, and it feels like we are too careful.

  When Corona Virus started, there wasn't many or even any cases in America. The first case was on January 19th, 2020, a man from Washington State was traveling back from Wuhan, China. He experienced symptoms and tested positive only 4 days after he got back. Now in January of 2021, we have had 25,000 new cases in the past 5 days. The cases have been going down since the holidays are over, and I hope that it will be over for good soon. It's been a lot going through a global pandemic, and having to wear masks and stay at home. It affects a lot of people and their mental health as well as their personal health. Being back at school has helped me not repeat the same day over and over again, and get back to the new 'normal'.

  Virtual learning was not a great experience for me. It was hard no being able to see my friends all day. I did get to wear whatever I wanted though. I enjoyed having more time with my family but I really missed school in person.

  Sickness Thus far

  It is currently the 25 of January 2021 and COVID-19 still runs rampant through the planet. As of now, 99.7 million people have been or are infected with this highly transmissible virus. 2.14 Human beings have died from it, but there is hope. 55 million people have recovered, and the first vaccination has been given to first responders and people over the age of 65. The vaccine was created by a company named Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca and more improved vaccines are making their way through the lab. It is my prediction that the COVID-19 Pandemic will be over within the next three years.

  There have been 97.7 total Covid 19 cases in the world. One of those cases was my uncle. Near thanksgiving he wasn't feeling well so he instinctively got a Covid test. About 2 days later he got a call that said he had the virus. This effected our family greatly. We were all worried sick and were praying that he healed. The funny part was, he said it only felt like a regular cold. He did eventually get better and we were thankful to God.

  COVID-19 Stats and Story

  Coronavirus happened so quickly. It is difficult to recall details from March 14 2020. The day my family and thousands of others went into quarantine. March 14 2021 is approaching quickly. Back then it seemed like nobody knew anybody who had the virus. It was all rumors and stories. Now it seems like everybody knows or has had Coronavirus. A prediction is that 1 in 3 people in LA county have had Coronavirus, which is totally insane. Los Angeles county has over 10,000,000 residents. Meaning that about 33,333,333+ people have been infected, many without knowing. Although it is an estimate, that shows how serious this virus is. 1000-3000 (about) people in America die due to Coronavirus each day. About 15,000 people die each day worldwide. There have been almost 100,000,000 Coronavirus cases and 2 Million deaths. 1/70 of the world has been diagnosed, not including those who are asymptomatic and those who were not or do not have access to tests. About 2 million people have died. That is 1/50 of those diagnosed. Seeing these numbers shocks me. It opens my eyes and makes me realize how truly important it is the wear a mask and to be safe. My grandpa, I call him Papa, is getting the first dose of his Coronavirus vaccine tomorrow. I am so excited that he will have immunity. There are 11 cases of Coronavirus in his 200 person retirement home. He is 84 years old. I am so glad that Papa will be safe. He was widowed when my grandma, Grammy about 11 years ago, so I believe she had been his guardian angel just as she has been mine. My final thought is that I cannot wait for Coronavirus to be cured and for the vaccine to have wider distribution.

  As of now, there have been roughly 100.17 million COVID cases worldwide. Of those 100 million people that have had COVID, about 2.14 million have died. This means that the death rate of COVID-19 is about 2%. Most people who get the virus have little to no symptoms, and recover quickly. However, the elderly and people with underlying health conditions are more likely to develop complications because of COVID (respiratory tract infection). Luckily, everyone I knew who got COVID were pretty healthy. My cousin Michael, who just graduated from UC David and is training with the Marines, contracted COVID and recovered very quickly. My family cancelled our Christmas celebration in Burbank to prevent my 94 year old grandpa from getting COVID. He is definitely in the high-risk category because of his age. I am thankful that no one close to me has died of COVID, and I pray for those who have passed away.

  Personally, I don't really have an exciting story about Covid. It's just there. I haven't been affected by it or anything.   From March 2020 to January 2021 I have known 28 people who got the virus. Them getting the virus did not affect me very much other than the fact that it did make me get a little more frightened when people I know got sick. Me and me family have not gotten Covid-19 yet, but I have had to quarantine a few times. Living through this pandemic has been the worst year in my life. I could not see anyone I know and love, I could not go to school, I could not go on vacations of any kind, I had to wear an extremely uncomfortable mask, and there was nothing to do when I was stuck at home. Living through all of this for so long has made me really sad. I am basically just trying to get through one day at a time just waiting for this nightmare to end.

  The statistics of Covid-19 is that there are 99.4 million cases worldwide and there are 2.13 million deaths worldwide. In the United States, there are 25.2 million cases and there are 240 thousand deaths. I have been affected by someone represented in these statistics because two of my teachers have or have gotten Covid and they have to be online now since they have to quarantine. My final thoughts of Covid-19 is that it is a unique experience and we just have to learn to adapt to it. My experience living through this pandemic is that it is pretty repetitive but very unique.

  Covid-19 Research and Thoughts

  I did a bit of research about the current statistics about Covid 19 in California. So far there have been about 3.9M cases of Covid-19, and 37,118 deaths so far. As of the 24th of January there have been 21,680 reported cases of it. I have a few final thoughts about living through this pandemic. It has been insane, schools have been closed, major events have been cancelled, everyone has to wear some sort of face mask to prevent spreading the disease to others. It affected everyone socially quite a bit, you couldn't see your friends as often as you used to be able to, and you couldn't go out and do anything with others because of shops closing down or being temporarily out of service.
