supplier supporting various weapons systems
contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). In a memorandum, dated March
19, 2020, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Agency (CISA) designated the Defense Industrial Base as critical infrastructure during
the COVID-19 response. Moreover, Pursuant to the Defense Production Act of 1950,
your subcontracts are rated orders under the Defense Priorities and Allocation System
(DPAS), which is used to prioritize national defense-related programs and contracts to
support critical military, energy, homeland security, emergency response, and
infrastructure requirements. As such, you are essential personnel involved in the
manufacture of vital national defense articles.
Delivery of product for these programs continues to be critical for the DoD's mission to
support national security and the U.S. warfighter. If you have any questions or concerns,
