Arizona dairy farms were one of the many industries impacted right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The demand for dairy products from restaurants fell dramatically. This caused farmers and processors to look for other avenues to send their products, like food banks. Reporter Sarandon Raboin spoke with dairy farmers and food banks to find out how the industry is dealing with the changes in demand.
