Description (Dublin Core)
A virtual exhibition by the Evansville Museum of Art, History and Science
This is indeed a trying and difficult year, to say the least. The greatest economy every witnessed, built over the course of many years, was shattered in thirty days. The corona virus has brought the country to a screeching halt. A mere fortnight ago, cities were alive, the youth were in schools learning, and all seemed normal. Now the immediate future is rife with uncertainty. People are nervous and this reflective in panic buying at the supermarkets and other establishments. A wise person once said life is what you make of it. I believe in that wholeheartedly, others do as well. Some people have taken advantage of the cheap gas prices and have decided to bring out their classic automobiles. It was nice to see them on the streets again, beautiful relics of a bygone era. I hope everyone else can make the best of these times.
