Tips for Students

• Click on the "Share Your Story"  tab and upload your own experience.  

  • Possible ideas include: your personal reflections (lost sports seasons, AP exams online,    missing friends/school, being at home, etc.), memes/texts that represent your experience, journal entries, photos, original songs, Tiktoks, social media posts, art work, poetry, school assignments, new hobbies, etc.  As long as it tells your story during this time. 

    • You can also hashtag other descriptions, such as #lostseason, #virtualprom, #junioryear, #aponline, #choir, #keyclub, #lgbtq+, #artwork, etc.  It really depends on your submission and how you would like your submission labeled.

      • Please hashtag your submission with your course name and school in the description. For example, if you attend Garden Grove High School, and you are currently in AP US History, your hashtag could be #GGHSAPUSH.

  • The description is SO IMPORTANT. Make sure to include why you are including this, what is the connection to COVID-19, your feelings, etc. 

  • When uploading, be sure to only select your city or state for the location. DO NOT MAP YOUR HOME ADDRESS!!!

  • If you'd like your submission to remain anonymous, please mark the "I want to submit anonymously" box.
