This is a news article that highlights the alcohol consumption behavior in the San Francisco Bay Area following the state's March 17, 2020 shelter in place orders. Based on a series of data across smartphone connected breathalyzer devices and sales from the web-based retailer, Wine.com, the company BACtrack discovered that alcohol consumption was up across.
