#Over60

Older people’s lives have been dramatically transformed by the pandemic. Not only are older Americans at greater risk from the coronavirus, but it has altered how and when they can see family members. The Journal of the Plague Year - a crowd-sourced archive of the pandemic - seeks first-hand experiences and stories of adults aged 60+ during the COVID-19 pandemic, submitted personally or on behalf of a family member or friend.

Are you or a loved one a resident in an elderly care facility? How have social distancing measures affected you?

Contribute your voice to the collection using the Share Your Story page, be sure to use the hashtag #Over60 to be included in the collection.

Please ensure you provide a title, description, the names of you as the contributor and/or that of the person you’re submitting on behalf of, and a date for your submission.
